About Us
How The Nail Place Got Started?
The Nail Place was started in July 2021 after Bob Howard had an idea: what if there was a place to go get my pet's nails trimmed, quick and fast, without needing to make an appointment? We opened our first location in Pasco in July of 2021 and had seven customers the first day! Since then, we've opened two additional locations in the Tri-Cities, WA area.
Our Mission & Vision
The Nail Place exists to bring pet nail trims and ear cleaning services to pet owners and give back to our community. We believe that pet care should be affordable, accessible, and easy for you and your pet. We want to make sure your pet has the best experience. Pet care doesn't have to be a complicated, stressful ordeal; everyone does better when it's simple, including your pets.
Services We Offer
We proudly offer simple walk-in services. No appointments are necessary, making it easy for you to take care of your pet's nail trims and ear cleaning needs. Whether it's a dog, cat, lizard, hamster, guinea pig, or any pet with nails our experienced and dedicated team is here to ensure your pet's experience is smooth and enjoyable.
Nail Trims
We'll carefully trim your pet's nails to prevent pain, poor posture, and joint strain.
$16/pet
Ear Cleaning
We'll remove excess wax, dirt, and debris from your pet's ear canal.
$5/pet
