About The Nail Place
Fast, Friendly & Affordable Pedicures for Pets in Tri-Cities, WA
How We Got Started
The Nail Place was started in July 2021 by Bob Howard, Jonah Davies, and John Mitchel. After realizing his dog only needed a nail trim, Bob had an idea: what if there was a place to go get it done, quick and fast, without needing to make an appointment? We opened our first location in Pasco and had seven customers the first day! Since then, we've opened two additional locations.
As we got everything up and running, we wanted to commit to being a part of the community, not just in it. We donate free nail trims to dog shelters and promote their events. We also donate 10% of our profits each month to a non-profit organization or shelter, or to sponsor education and other things happening in the community.
We want this to be about the difference we make with our team and to make the Tri-Cities a better place for animals and their owners.
Mission & Vision
Dedicated Care
We want every pet to be able to walk and live comfortably. Our dedicated team of technicians cares about your pets, and we know each of them by name. We're focused on creating a comfortable space where they can get the service they need.
Keeping it Simple
We believe that pet care should be affordable, accessible, and easy for your pet. Walk-in services are always available! We want to make sure you and your pet have the best experience. It doesn't have to be a complicated, stressful ordeal; everyone does better when it's simple.
Community Focused
The Nail Place exists to bring specific services to communities and give back as well. We believe we can make an impact in how we care for pets and each other, leaving a pawprint in our community and making a difference in the lives of everyone around us.
